Is there a cost for the estimate? No, estimates are free.
How long does it take to get an estimate? On average, it takes approximately 1-5 days to get an estimate. An emergency situation could be sooner.
Once approved, when can the job be completed? Jobs are done in the order received unless it is an urgent matter. Weather, volume of work and yard conditions factor in to scheduling.
Are you licensed and insured? Yes, we carry Liability Insurance in case we damage your property and Workman’s Compensation Insurance in the event one of our employees gets hurt. We also have valid license with the City of Evansville.
Will there be any yard damage? We carry mats to lay in the yard in order to drive trucks close enough to the trees. If mats can’t be used, the job is scheduled at a time when the yard is dry enough to not be damaged.
What is a Certified Arborist? A Certified Arborist credential identifies a professional arborist who has a minimum of three years working in the tree care industry, and who has passed an examination covering the facets of arboriculture. Randy’s Tree Service has a CERTIFIED ARBORIST on staff.
